What we collect
Contact details you provide in a quote request (name, phone, email), the device information you share, and — at the time of an in-person purchase — a government-issued photo ID as required by law.
How we use it
To prepare and communicate your offer, complete a purchase, keep the records required of secondhand dealers, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
How ID documents are protected
ID document images are encrypted at rest, access is restricted to authorized staff, and every access is logged. They are retained only as long as required by law and then deleted.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, and you can contact us to request access to or deletion of your information, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.
