These terms govern quote requests and device purchases by Pyro Electronics in Dallas, Texas.
Quotes are estimates
Any offer we provide is an estimate valid for 24 hours and is subject to in-person inspection. The final price depends on the device matching the described make, model and condition.
Identification
As required by Texas secondhand-dealer law, we collect a valid government-issued photo ID from every seller at the time of purchase. See our Privacy Policy for how this is stored and protected.
Seller warranties
By selling a device you confirm you are its lawful owner, that it is free of loans or liens, and that it has been unlocked and removed from any activation lock or linked account (Find My, Google, console, or carrier locks).
Payment
Payment is made after the device passes inspection, by cash or a digital method we agree on (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, or Apple Pay).
